Flow Myna makes it easy to collaborate with your team on process analysis. Share filtered views, invite team members, and work together to understand and improve your processes.


Team Management

Inviting Team Members

Add colleagues to your workspace:

  1. Navigate to Team section
  2. Click "Invite Members"
  3. Enter email addresses
  4. Select appropriate role
  5. Send invitations

Member Roles

  • Admin: Full access, can manage team and billing
  • Member: Can create projects and analyze data
  • Viewer: Read-only access to projects and data

Sharing Filtered Views

The most powerful collaboration feature: shareable filtered URLs.

How It Works

  1. Apply filters to create your view
  2. URL automatically updates
  3. Copy and share the URL
  4. Recipients see the exact same filtered data

Example: Share slow high-value loan analysis

"Here are the slow high-value loans I found: [URL]"

Team members click and immediately see your filtered view.
