What data do I need to use Flow Myna?

You need CSV files containing:

• Timestamps: When events occurred
• Activities: What happened
• Case/Object IDs: What the events relate to

Optional but helpful:

• Attributes (amounts, categories, etc.)
• Actor information (who performed activities)
• Multiple object types for richer analysis

Do I need to prepare my data in a special format?

No! Our AI agents automatically understand your CSV structure. Just upload your files and the agents will figure out the rest.

How long does it take to get started?

From upload to analysis-ready: 10-15 minutes

• 2 minutes: Upload CSV files
• 3 minutes: AI analyzes and maps data
• 2 minutes: Review and approve mapping
• 2 minutes: Transform data

What file formats are supported?

Currently CSV only. Excel and JSON support coming soon.

How does the AI mapping work?

Our AI pipeline uses multiple specialized agents:

1. Reader: Analyzes your file structure
2. Mapper: Creates object-event relationships using LLM
3. Inflator: Enriches with inferred relationships

Why do I need to create both a workspace and a project?

Troubleshooting

My upload failed. What should I do?

• Check CSV is properly formatted with headers
• Verify file size is reasonable (< 500MB)

The AI mapping looks wrong. Can I fix it?

Yes! The "Check Mapping" step lets you:

• Rename objects and events
• Adjust column mappings
• Add or remove relationships
• Correct any AI mistakes

Process map is too complex. How do I simplify?

Several options:

• Use event groups to combine related activities
• Create a focused project with fewer event types
• Apply filters to narrow scope
• Export specific sections
